1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Richis BANK, a multivendor E-commerce platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, products, and services (herein referred to as the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

By using our Services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old, a resident of Morocco, and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

3. Registration and Account

To use certain Services, you may need to register an account. It’s important that you provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date information for your Account and you agree to update such information. 

4. User's Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not share your password or let anyone else access your account.

5. Security

Richis BANK has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All contents of Services including but not limited to design, text, software, technical drawings, configurations, graphics, other files, and their selection and arrangement are owned by Richis BANK. 

7. Prohibited Uses

In using our Services, you agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or which may harm the company or users of the Services or expose them to liability. 

8. Transactions

You understand that the actual contract for sale is directly between the buyers and sellers on the platform. Richis BANK is not a party to the transaction concluded between buyers and sellers and is not liable for any contractual obligations arising out of the transaction.

9. Termination

Richis BANK has the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Morocco.

11. Changes to These Terms

Richis BANK reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Use from time to time to reflect any changes to our Services, and all changes are effective immediately when we post them.
